How Our Process Works
1: SHARE YOUR GIFTING GOALS
Fill in our online inquiry form to share your gifting goals and fill in practical info we need like date, location and approximate number of gifts required along with details regarding any custom branding touchpoints.
When we receive your form we’ll send you the info you'll need to decide if we're a good match for your needs. Or if you prefer, we can schedule a free phone consultation.
3: COMMIT & DIVE IN
Once you decided we're the right fit, we send you a contract and retainer request. Once those are returned to us, we then ask you to fill out a questionnaire around gift design to help us custom tailor the ultimate gift box that meets your needs, goals, and vision!
4: LET THE DESIGN MAGIC BEGIN!
Based on answers you provide in response to our questionnaire, we create a mock up and provide a list of curated box contents for an initial gift design concept for your review! Any custom-branded collateral for inclusion is also identified at this stage and fulfillment arrangements made.
5: APPROVAL & SIGN OFF
We’ll go back and forth until you agree that the box is perfect and ‘done’! You then sign off on the agreed-upon box curation (hooray!), final payment is due.We then begin building out your boxes to meet your stated deadline.
6: ASSEMBLE, FILL & DELIVER
We curate your custom boxes, add in whatever branded collateral we have arranged in advance, take care of all aspects of shipping, delivery and hotel/venue coordination for you. Kick back and pat yourself on the back! We got this, and your recipients are going to love it!
